LeadIQ — Terms of Service

By installing or using LeadIQ ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't install the app.
1. The Service
LeadIQ is an AI-powered lead-qualification and CRM-automation add-on for Bitrix24. It runs entirely inside your Bitrix24 portal as an installed application.
2. Account creation
When you install LeadIQ from the Bitrix24 marketplace, an account is automatically created identified by your Bitrix24 portal domain + member_id. You must have authority to install applications in your Bitrix24 portal.
3. Subscription & billing
3.1 Free trial
- 5 days, full features, no credit card required
- Auto-converts to "expired" status after 5 days if no plan is selected
- One trial per portal (
member_id)
3.2 Plans
- Starter $299/mo · Professional $599/mo · Enterprise $1,499/mo
- Billing cycles: monthly, 6-month, or annual
- Annual = 20% discount vs. equivalent monthly billing
- Currencies: USD (default), AED, EUR, GBP, SAR
3.3 Payment
- Stripe is our merchant of record for card payments
- Bank-transfer payment is supported for Enterprise tier (contact
billing@saabsoft.com) - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
3.4 Refunds
- Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months
- 6-month / annual plans: pro-rated refund minus a 15% admin fee, up to 30 days from start of period
- Trial → paid conversions: 7-day money-back guarantee on first payment
3.5 Suspension
We may suspend your account for: - Non-payment (after 7 days of failed billing + 3 reminder emails) - Abuse of the Service (spam leads, fraudulent leads, attempts to extract proprietary data) - Breach of these Terms
4. Your responsibilities
- Use your own Twilio account for outbound messages (LeadIQ does not provide Twilio)
- Comply with all applicable laws (anti-spam — TCPA in US, ePrivacy in EU, etc.) when contacting leads
- Maintain a lawful basis (consent / legitimate interest) for processing each lead's data
- Honor lead opt-outs ("STOP" messages — LeadIQ handles this automatically and refuses to send further messages)
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary code or AI prompts
- Don't resell LeadIQ as your own product
5. Our responsibilities
- 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for Enterprise tier; 99.5% for Professional; best-effort for Starter
- Security as described in our Privacy Policy
- Data isolation: your data is stored in a dedicated PostgreSQL schema, never mixed with other clients
- AI conversations respect strict context isolation: the AI sees ONLY the lead under qualification, never other tenants' data
- Response sanitization on every AI output (no system internals leaked to leads)
6. AI disclosures
- We use Anthropic's Claude models (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus) for lead qualification, scoring, and field extraction
- AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results
- LeadIQ is not a substitute for human judgment in high-value decisions
- You are responsible for monitoring AI-generated communications and intervening when appropriate
7. Data ownership
- Your CRM data, lead data, and Bitrix24 configuration remain YOUR data
- Saabsoft acts as a Data Processor under data-protection law
- You can export your data at any time (Enterprise tier includes an automated weekly export)
- We will delete your data within 90 days of account cancellation
8. Service modifications
- We may modify features, add new ones, or remove old ones with 30 days' notice for material changes
- Pricing changes apply only to new billing periods; you'll be notified at least 60 days before any price increase
- We won't reduce a contracted SLA without offering a refund or downgrade option
9. Termination
You can cancel at any time from the LeadIQ admin panel or by emailing billing@saabsoft.com. On cancellation:
- The Service stops at the end of your current billing period
- Your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
- You can request immediate deletion at cancellation time
We can terminate for cause (Section 3.5). We can terminate without cause with 60 days' notice.
10. Liability
LeadIQ is provided "as is" without warranties. Saabsoft's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption - AI errors that produce incorrect lead qualification or scoring - Third-party services (Twilio, Bitrix24, Stripe, Anthropic) — their terms govern their performance
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
