LeadIQ — Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview
LeadIQ — operated by Saabsoft Technologies — is a Bitrix24 marketplace application that qualifies and routes leads inside your own Bitrix24 CRM, messaging leads on WhatsApp and SMS through your own Twilio account. This page explains exactly how to request deletion of the data LeadIQ holds, and what happens when you do.
We honour deletion requests under the UAE PDPL, the EU/UK GDPR, and Meta's Platform Terms. We never sell personal data and never train AI models on it.
2. Who can request deletion
- Bitrix24 customers (account owners / admins) — delete your entire LeadIQ account and everything we process on your behalf. See section 3.
- Leads / data subjects — if a business contacted you using LeadIQ and you want your personal data removed, see section 5.
3. Delete your LeadIQ account data
You can delete your data in either of two ways.
Option A — Uninstall the app (self-service)
- Open your Bitrix24 portal → Applications / Market.
- Find LeadIQ in your installed applications.
- Click Delete / Uninstall.
Uninstalling immediately revokes our access to your Bitrix24 portal and stops all lead processing.
Option B — Email us (full erasure)
Email privacy@saabsoft.com from your account email (or as your Bitrix24 portal admin) with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Bitrix24 portal domain. We verify the request, then permanently erase your data.
4. What gets deleted
On a deletion request we permanently remove the entire dedicated database schema for your account (tenant_{your-account}), including:
- All lead records, conversation history, scores, and AI qualification data
- Your agents, distribution rules, qualification questions, knowledge base, and AI settings
- Your encrypted credentials — Bitrix24 OAuth tokens, Twilio account SID/token, SMTP password
- Crawled CRM field, stage, and entity metadata
Timing — we complete the erasure and confirm in writing within 30 days (usually much sooner). If you only uninstall without emailing us, any residual data is permanently deleted after 90 days.
Limited legal retention — we keep invoice/billing records for 7 years (required by UAE tax law) and security audit logs for 1 year. These hold transaction records only — no lead personal data and no message content — and are deleted when the legal retention period ends.
5. If a business contacted you on WhatsApp or SMS
If you received a WhatsApp or SMS message from a business using LeadIQ:
- To stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP. We stop messaging you immediately and never contact you again.
- To delete your personal data, note that the business that messaged you controls your record in their own CRM and is the Data Controller — contact that business directly to have it removed. You can also email privacy@saabsoft.com with the phone number that was contacted and the business name; we will route your request to that business and delete any copy held in our systems within 30 days.
6. Confirmation & contact
